The Fourth Trimester Package
The fourth trimester refers to the first three months after birth — a time of profound physical recovery, emotional adjustment, and family transition.
While so much attention is placed on pregnancy and delivery, this early postpartum period is often when support matters most.
At Nurtured Family Medicine, we believe the fourth trimester deserves time, presence, and thoughtful care — for both mother and baby.
Caring for mom and baby, together
$300/month
$350/month if outside of 10 mile radius of practice
The weeks after birth bring rapid changes: healing bodies, shifting hormones, sleep deprivation, feeding questions, emotional vulnerability, and the reality of caring for a newborn. During this time, mothers need to feel seen, supported, and cared for, not rushed or overlooked.
As a family medicine physician, it is a true privilege to care for both mom and baby — to support maternal recovery while also tending to the health, growth, and development of the newborn. This integrated approach allows us to care for the whole family unit, recognizing that a supported parent is foundational to a thriving child.
