As a family medicine physician, I care for children and teens from birth through young adulthood, offering thoughtful, evidence-based care in a supportive environment. Services include:

Life happens, and when you or your child suddenly isn’t feeling well, you deserve quick access to a physician who knows you—without long waits or rushed visits. As a member of Nurtured Family Medicine, you’ll receive timely, personalized care for a wide range of acute concerns, including:

• Coughs, colds, and upper respiratory infections

• Sore throat, sinus symptoms, and ear pain

• Fever, flu, and COVID-19 concerns

• Headaches and migraines

• Urinary tract infections

• Gastrointestinal issues (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain)

• Minor injuries, rashes, and allergic reactions

• Exacerbation of chronic conditions

To support fast, accurate diagnosis and treatment, the office is equipped with on-site testing, including:

• Rapid strep testing

• Rapid COVID testing

• Urinalysis

• Urine pregnancy tests

When needed, I also offer on-site medication dispensing for urgent issues—helping you start treatment right away without an extra trip to the pharmacy.

This approach allows you to avoid urgent care clinics and receive comprehensive, compassionate support from a doctor who understands your history and goals.

The following procedures are included in your membership whenever they can be performed on site*:

• Pap smears*

• Skin biopsies* (shave or punch)

• IUD insertion and removal

• Nexplanon insertion and removal

• Endometrial biopsies*

• Ear wax removal (ear lavage)

• Skin tag removal

• Suture placement and removal

• Incision and drainage of abscesses or cysts

• Wart cryotherapy

• Joint or trigger-point injections (optional)

• Simple wound care

• Removal of benign skin lesions when appropriate

• EKG

• On-site blood draws for routine and specialty labs

Lab Processing & Costs:
All bloodwork is sent to LabCorp or Quest for processing. Patients may use insurance to cover lab costs if preferred, or opt for cash-pay pricing, which is often significantly less expensive.

Insurance may be used to obtain contraceptive devices prior to insertion.

Acupuncture is a gentle, evidence-informed therapy that supports the body’s natural healing processes through the use of very fine needles placed at specific points. I practice a Japanese style of acupuncture that relies on touch, palpation, and individualized treatment.

Each member receives two acupuncture sessions per year as part of their membership.

• Initial session: 90 minutes

• Follow-up sessions: 60 minutes

Your membership includes access to home visits and Telehealth, offering flexible, convenient care that meets you where you are. Whether you’re home with a newborn, feeling too sick to come in, or simply need a quick check-in between commitments, these options help ensure you receive timely care without added stress.

• Home Visits:
  When appropriate, I can come to your home for newborn care, acute needs, or situations where in-person evaluation is most helpful.
  Home visits beyond 10 miles from the practice will incur a small transportation fee.

• Telehealth Visits:
  Secure video visits allow you to connect with me from anywhere—ideal for follow-ups, medication questions, mental health check-ins, and many acute concerns.

  When questions come up between visits, you can send me a message and feel confident you will hear back from your doctor
